Shipping policy
Free delivery across the UK and EEA
We ship free across the United Kingdom and the European Economic Area. Orders placed before 14:00 (CET) on working days are dispatched the same day from our EU warehouse.
Delivery times
- United Kingdom: 3-5 working days
- Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, France, Denmark, Ireland, Austria, Luxembourg, Sweden, Norway, Finland: 3-5 working days
- Spain, Italy, Portugal, Poland, Czechia, Slovakia, Hungary, Slovenia: 4-7 working days
- Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Greece, Cyprus, Malta, Bulgaria, Romania, Croatia, Iceland, Liechtenstein: 5-10 working days
UK customs and VAT
UK customers: VAT is included in all prices shown. Customs and duties are covered. You will not pay anything additional on delivery.
EU VAT
EU customers: VAT is included in prices displayed in EUR.
Tracking
You'll receive tracking by email the moment your order ships, usually within 24 hours of ordering.
Delivery issues
If your order doesn't arrive in the estimated window, or if tracking shows it as delivered but you haven't received it, email hello@queenray.com. We'll sort it with the carrier. You don't have to.
Addresses we don't ship to currently
Switzerland (outside the EEA; customs complexity we haven't solved yet).
Channel Islands and Isle of Man: available, but please email before ordering as delivery times and VAT treatment differ.
