Terms of service

Terms of service

These terms govern purchases made through queenray.com. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Parties

QueenRay is a trading name of the company registered in Denmark under CVR 42914932. Email: hello@queenray.com.

Pricing and currency

Prices are displayed in your local currency (GBP, EUR, SEK, NOK, DKK) based on your shipping destination. Prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable. The final charge will match the currency and amount shown at checkout.

Contract formation

A contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. Before that point, we may cancel and refund orders at our discretion (for example, if an obvious pricing error has occurred, or if the product is out of stock and we cannot fulfil within a reasonable time).

Cooling-off right

  • UK customers: 14 days to cancel under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
  • EU customers: 14 days to cancel under the Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU.

We voluntarily extend this to 30 days for all UK and EU customers. See our refund policy.

Warranty

12 months from the delivery date against manufacturing defects. Damage from misuse, accidental damage, or wear and tear is not covered. Keep your order confirmation for any warranty claims.

Product claims

QueenRay is a cosmetic/wellness product, not a medical device. Product claims are worded in line with UK ASA and EU cosmetic regulation. We describe effects as 'supports,' 'improves the appearance of,' or 'based on wavelengths studied in' referenced literature. We do not claim to treat, cure, heal, or diagnose any condition.

Limitation of liability

Our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the price paid for that product. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

Governing law and jurisdiction

  • UK customers: governed by English law, with non-exclusive jurisdiction of English courts. Nothing removes your right to bring a claim in your country of residence.
  • EU customers: governed by the law of your country of residence where mandatory consumer-protection law applies. Otherwise Danish law applies (the company's registered jurisdiction).

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of your order applies to that order. Material changes are announced on this page with an updated 'Last updated' date.
